End Control Forklifts
AC stand-up end control forklift trucks are well known in the material handling industry for their extreme flexibility. These machines have great performance features which are quite comparable to sit-down electric forklift units.
These lift truck units are great for warehouse settings that have limited space. The space required to operate these machinery are less than the three-wheel electric lift truck truck requirements. These machines are an ideal option for applications that need frequent on and off access, because their stand-up design is an excellent characteristic.
Numerous companies used a reach truck to maintain their storage facilities. These loading devices could arrange finished products on pallets and materials to be stored or stacked into tall shelving compartments. The reach truck offers safe and easy retrieval of the loaded pallets. It is also a great choice for people who prefer to store pallets of goods they do not require for immediate use in a safe and efficient way.
All basic reach truck units would have an out-rigging mechanism secured to the front of the machinery. Telescoping blades are mounted to the out-rigging and can move up and down. The blades also have a hydraulic system that enables the driver to lift the load and move it over the out-riggers. This particular design not just gives a lot more balance to the whole load, but makes it easier for the reach truck to move between the storage shelves into narrow aisles.
Once the selected shelf has been identified, the hydraulic tines swing into action and lower the pallet into the shelving unit, helping to slide the load into position. Normally, a reach truck would easily fit into an aisle that is less than 10 feet across with no trouble, as long as there are no other pallets protruding out from the shelving area.
