The machines movements are dictated by the operator who sits inside the cab. The overhead feature likely consists of a metal roof made to protect the operator from falling objects. Hydraulic tilt cylinders mounted to the frame and the mast. These tilts turn the mast so as to engage the load. The mast is a vertical assembly which raises and lowers the cargo with the interlocking rails to provide lateral stability.
